Lago Surrat is a bounty hunter hired by Toril to find and return Kira to him.
The Healer's Legacy
Lago kidnapped Tratine after learning from Mayet that Kira was hiding in Tem Hold as a hunter. He was killed when Holder Milos Tem and Kira went to rescue Tratine.
